A 90 day limited warranty is included with our items. This period starts from the date receiving the order. If any hardware related issue occurs within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item for you.
Refunds & Returns: If an item arrives defective you must email me within the warranty period and we will attempt to troubleshoot. If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). We can either, refund, repair or replace/exchange the device for you.
Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts. My technicians are experienced and will detect any attempts that the item was misused, opened or tampered with. If this is the case, I will count it as fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.
